With over ten years of cooking and catering experience, Chef Maggie Milford felt it was time to open her own establishment, and Maggie's Organic Catering was born in 1999!

1992-1994 The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY --Received Associate Degree in Culinary Arts. Graduated in top 10% of her class.

I am dedicated to bringing you FRESH, NUTRITIOUS, ORGANIC, WHOLESOME, UNREFINED HIGH QUALITY MEALS keeping your health and happiness in mind. ~Maggie

Maggie Milford began her cooking career in cooking many years ago, but is constantly finding new and improved ways to cook Organic meals. She has traveled extensively in California and Europe searching for the best organic ingredients for her cusine and learning tips from top Chefs. She is also an avid reader, lives with her husband and 4 year old son, and volunteers with the March of Dimes on a regular basis.
